Meet Our Team

Alison has worked for Harvey Family Dentistry for over 20 years. After a brief hiatus from dentistry, we are all excited to welcome her back in 2021. When Alison is not at work she likes to spend time with her family and
friends.

Amanda graduated from the University of Maine with an associate degree in Dental Hygiene in 2006. She practiced in Maine for over 10 years before moving to New Hampshire. Amanda is excited to join the Harvey
dental team and make connections with each of her patients to help better their oral health. While not working Amanda is always looking for a new adventure. She loves being outside at the beach, hiking, camping, snowmobiling, or traveling. Her favorite pastime is making memories with family and friends.

Bethany is new to the Harvey Family Dentistry team! She graduated from New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) in 2020. Bethany is originally from Caribou, ME but has been in NH since she was 10 years old. She is currently living in Dover with her wonderful cat Penelope and boyfriend Kevin. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and hanging with her family and friends. A little fun fact about Bethany, she has her motorcycle license and also enjoys riding her dirt bike. She is very excited to be a part of the Harvey
Family Dentistry Family and cannot wait to start building relationships with her patients.

Julie is a 1991 Dental Hygiene graduate from New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI). She has been employed at Harvey Family Dentistry for over 20 years and Portsmouth has been her home throughout that time. She is married with two beautiful children and has a passion for helping people look and feel their best. Living and working in the same community has allowed her to build many special relationships and bonds with our patients. For this she is grateful and looks forward to many more years.

Liz has been practicing dental hygiene for over 36 years. She graduated from Forsyth Dental School in 1984 and practiced in Boston for ten years and the Cape for five years. In 1995, she moved to the Seacoast area, where she continued to practice dental hygiene and raise her two beautiful girls. She has been with Harvey Family Dentistry for 21 years. Liz is the life of the office, even though she only works one day a week, that day is never a dull one! Liz is an extremely caring individual and is always willing to help others. In her spare time, Liz loves to be at the beach and has a passion for fitness. For the last 20 years, Liz has participated in the Pan-Mass Challenge to help find a cure for cancer.

Cathy has been a staple within the practice for the past twenty years. As a utility player, Cathy works in all areas of the office, as a dental assistant, front desk and floater, she does it all. She is greatly valued by all the members of the practice. We are most thankful for her many years of dedication and service. In 2006, Cathy expanded her education and became certified as an x-ray technician. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loving son and family, especially while floating around at Merrymeeting Lake.

Jill has been Dr. Paul’s faithful assistant for the past 15 years. She graduated from New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI), started at Harvey Family Dentistry and never looked back! Jill is valued around the office for her fabulous sense of humor and genuine kindness. She cherishes most, her time spent with her husband and adorable son and daughter.

Dakotah joined the Harvey Family Dentistry in April 2021 with 8 years of customer service experience. She has fearlessly helped us transition away from our paper charts to electronic alternatives. Dakotah is a Maine
native but loves to adventure and has lived in Boston, Allagash, Bar Harbor, and Los Angeles. Dakotah loves maintaining her wellness and physical fitness. She has always been an athlete and played ice hockey
competitively for 13 years. Now Dakotah focuses her time training as a USPA Powerlifter. She is competing in her second meet in October 2021! In her free time, she loves the outdoors and making memories with her
friends and family. You may even see her rollerblading around town!

Kim has been a part of the dental field since 1983 after graduating from Keene State College with a Bachelor’s degree in education. She started working for Harvey Family Dentistry in 2000, where she worked as a dental assistant and is now working the front desk handling all the amazing patients. In 2006, Kim expanded her dental knowledge by becoming x-ray certified. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two wonderful children in Newington. In her spare time, she loves being by the water and enjoying the sunshine.
